Relationship Between Academic Leadership of School Directors and Teachers' Roles in Proactive Learning Management of Formal Private Schools under Office of the Private Education Pattani Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research are: 1. to study the level of academic leadership of school directors of formal private schools under the office of the Private Education Pattani Province; 2. to study the level of teachers’ role in active learning management; and 3. to study the relationship between the academic leadership of school directors and teachers’ role in active learning management. The samples for this research were 200 samples from school directors, school deputy directors, and teachers. The method was stratified sampling, and the research tool was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and correlation analysis. The results were as follows: 1. the overall academic leadership of school directors of formal private schools under the office of the Private Education Pattani Province was highly good; 2. the overall teachers’ role in active learning management was highly good; and 3. the relationship between the academic leadership of school directors and teachers’ role in active learning management had a high level of positive correlation. (r=0.753)
