บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเอกชนในระบบ สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี 2. ศึกษาระดับบทบาทของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 3. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกับบทบาทของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และครูโรงเรียนเอกชนในระบบ จำนวน 200 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเอกชนในระบบ สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับบทบาทของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกับบทบาทของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง (r=0.753)
