แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตบัณฑิตครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงรายในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะและสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) วิเคราะห์สภาพการณ์การผลิตบัณฑิตครูของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตบัณฑิตครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสานวิธี ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 6 คน การสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู 360 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม 7 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะและสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตครูต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพครู มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจเพื่อที่จะเป็นครู มีสมรรถนะที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการเป็นครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะและสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการปฏิรูปตนเองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และด้านการมองโลกแบบองค์รวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด 2) สภาพการณ์การผลิตบัณฑิตไม่แตกต่างจากสถาบันการผลิตครูอื่นที่ผลิตตามนโยบายของหน่วยเหนือ จำเป็นต้องมีความโดดเด่นทั้งกระบวนการผลิตและการพัฒนาคุณภาพ และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการผลิตบัณฑิตครู มีกระบวนการ 5 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 จุดมุ่งหมายของผลิตครู ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สมรรถนะและคุณลักษณะที่ต้องการ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 กระบวนการคัดเลือก ขั้นตอนที่ 4 กระบวนการพัฒนา ขั้นตอนที่ 5 การตรวจสอบ ติดตามและการประเมินผล
