Information Systems to Promote Community Products Ngob Thai Bai Lan in Bang Pahan District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study: 1) study the information system to promote community products of Ngob Thai Bai Lan; 2) develop and evaluate the effectiveness of information systems; 3) transfer knowledge on the use of information systems to promote community products of
Ngob Thai Bai Lan to the community. This research was a mixed-methods approach: qualitative and quantitative research design. The main informants in the interviews were community development scholars, the president of One Tambon One Product, the entrepreneur of community products Ngob Thai Bai Lan, and villagers involved in Ngob Thai Bai Lan community products, totaling 10 people, using purposive random sampling. The sample group answering the questionnaire was 53 people by using convenience random sampling. The tools used for data collection were interviews and questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze data are descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found as follows; 1) The information system to promote community products Ngob Thai Bai Lan works with a web browser program that can present the background, and product information, and take orders. Customers or the general public who are interested in Ngob Thai Bai Lan community products can view details or order at any time, 2) The information system is effective at the highest level, has passed the evaluation criteria, and can be used with an average of 4.64, 3) System users understand and can use the information system, and satisfaction in using the system as a whole was at the highest level, with an average of 4.68.
