ปัจจัยการบริหารกับผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการบริหารและผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียน จำนวน 150 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเทียบตาราง Krejcie & Morgan ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ฉบับ คือ (1) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยการบริหารของโรงเรียน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .60 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .36 – .61 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 (2) แบบสอบถามผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .60 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .68 – .93 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่าที (t-test แบบ Independent Samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยการบริหารของโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเลิศ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการบริหาร จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
