บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครู 2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครูกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู และ 4) ศึกษาปัจจัยพฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครูที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครูจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 2) การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 3) พฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครูมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู ในทางบวก และ 4) พฤติกรรมตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของครูส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครู ได้แก่ ด้านกรุณา สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 74
