บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนครูที่ปรึกษา และครูแนะแนว ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินกลยุทธ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับมาก ตามลำดับ และความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหามีค่าสูงสุด และ 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสกลนคร ประกอบด้วย 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก และกลยุทธ์มีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
