Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the organization of activities to promote morality and ethics. And compare the development of activities to promote the morality and ethics of teachers in basic educational institutions, Lamduan District, under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Classified by educational institution size and work experience Quantitative research format. The sample group consisted of 144 teachers in Basic Education Lamduan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Surin 1. Obtained using Krejcie & Morgan’s sample comparison table. The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability value of the entire questionnaire was .94. Statistics used in data analysis included percentages, means, and standard deviations. And test the hypothesis using t-statistics (t-test). The research results found that: 1) organizing activities to promote teachers' morality and ethics in the basic educational institutions in Lamduan District; overall, the practice is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the performance evaluation aspect, followed by the planning aspect. And the aspect with the lowest average is the aspect of organizing activities to promote morality. 2) Comparison results of organizing activities to promote morality and ethics of teachers in basic educational institutions, Lamduan District, classified by educational institution size; overall, there is no difference.
