บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอลำดวน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอลำดวน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำนวน 144 คน ได้มาโดยใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Krejcie & Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของครู ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอลำดวน โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมาก คือ คือ ด้านการประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวางแผน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอลำดวน จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
