ผลกระทบของการรวมกลุ่มทางเศรษฐกิจต่อการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโครงสร้างการผลิตและการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของประเทศไทย และศึกษาผลกระทบจากการรวมกลุ่มทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีต่อการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของประเทศไทยไปยังประเทศคู่ค้าที่มีมูลค่าการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ อินโดนีเซีย กัมพูชา เมียนมา และเวียดนาม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ข้อมูลอนุกรมเวลารายปีระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2544 – 2563 รวม 20 ปี ตัวแปรอิสระ คือ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมภายในประเทศของประเทศคู่ค้า (GDP) ราคาน้ำตาลนำเข้าของประเทศคู่ค้า (IMPRI) และการลงนามกรอบความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจการค้าน้ำตาลทรายกับประเทศไทย (FTA) ตัวแปรตามคือ ปริมาณการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทยไปยังประเทศคู่ค้า (EX) รวมข้อมูลทั้งหมด 80 ค่าสังเกต ทดสอบความนิ่งของข้อมูลด้วยวิธี Levin, Lin and Chu (LLC) และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ด้วย Panel Data Analysis แบบ Fixed Effect Regression Model ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อปริมาณการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทย คือ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมภายในประเทศของประเทศคู่ค้า (GDP) ส่งผลกระทบในเชิงบวกโดยเมื่อรายได้ของประเทศคู่ค้าเพิ่มขึ้น ส่งผลให้ปริมาณการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทยเพิ่มขึ้นด้วย ส่วนราคาน้ำตาลนำเข้าของประเทศคู่ค้า (IMPRI) ส่งผลกระทบในเชิงลบต่อปริมาณการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทย และยังพบว่าการลงนามความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจส่งผลกระทบในเชิงลบต่อปริมาณการส่งออกน้ำตาลทรายของไทย นอกจากนี้ จากการเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร แบบ Fixed Effect พบว่าตัวแปรของประเทศอินโดนีเซีย กัมพูชา เมียนมา และเวียดนาม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกัน
