บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายระหว่างการบริหารด้วยระบบคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน และสภาพคุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลกับคุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อนำไปเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารด้วยระบบคุณภาพ ของโรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนที่ได้รับรางวัลแห่งคุณภาพจาก สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งหมด 90 คน เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อเท็จจริง ซึ่งมีค่าความตรงเท่ากับ 0.84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.84 ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน-กรกฏคม 2561 ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ ได้แก ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพได้แก่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบทุกด้านของ การบริหารด้วยระบบคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนมีผลต่อคุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล และรูปแบบการบริหารและการจัดการคุณภาพของโรงเรียนเทียบเคียงมาตรฐานสากล ต้องอาศัยการมีส่วนร่วมและความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งปัจจัยภายในโรงเรียน ด้านบุคคลากร ด้านหลักสูตร มีเนื้อหาหรือกิจกรรมสู่มาตรฐานสากล ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่เพียงพอ เหมาะสม ทันสมัย บรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียน มีความปลอดภัย ร่มรื่น สะอาด ตลอดจนปัจจัยภายนอก คือ การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายรัฐบาลด้านการศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปรับเปลี่ยนแนวทางวิธีการทำงานให้เหมาะสม รวมทั้งมุ่งเน้นให้ทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานให้มากขึ้น
