การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาในองค์กรธุรกิจการบินสำหรับ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาในองค์กรธุรกิจการบิน และองค์กรธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ที่ดำเนินการผลิตบุคลากรในวิชาชีพเฉพาะด้าน พร้อมทั้งนำไปสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาในองค์กรธุรกิจการบินของ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายต่างๆ คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และพนักงานทางการศึกษา จากสถาบันปัญญาภิวัตน์ สถาบันการบินพลเรือน และ โรงเรียนแผนที่ทหาร กรมแผนที่ทหาร สถาบันละ 10 ท่าน โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากองค์กรธุรกิจการบิน บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 11 ท่าน โดยใช้แบบประเมินแบบผสมผสานประกอบด้วย แบบเลือกตอบและแบบปลายเปิด การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปพบว่า บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สามารถพัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับองค์กรธุรกิจการบินได้ในหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบิน และการจัดการโรงแรมและการท่องเที่ยว ตามกรอบมาตรฐานระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานขององค์การบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ สมาคมขนส่งทางอากาศระหว่างประเทศและสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยเน้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสบการณ์ทั้งทางด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพ พร้อมทั้งให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริง
