บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์และระบุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการนำ พ.ร.บ. ว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 ไปปฏิบัติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งสังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ และกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ จำนวน 30 คน และผู้ดำเนินการอินเทอร์เน็ตในหน่วยงานภาครัฐและในหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อถือได้ สถิติวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนร่วม และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การนำกฎหมายไปปฏิบัติได้ผลในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการนำกฎหมายไปปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และโครงสร้างของหน่วยงานตามกฎหมาย
