บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุและหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการออกกลางคันนักเรียน นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบึงกาฬ รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แนวคิดการให้คำปรึกษาเป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัย คือ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบึงกาฬ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียน นักศึกษาที่ออกกลางคัน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบึงกาฬ ปีการศึกษา 2555 -2557 จำนวน 50 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการออกกลางคันของนักเรียน นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบึงกาฬ ปีการศึกษา 2555-2557 โดยภาพรวมมีสภาพปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม สภาพปัญหาและสาเหตุการออกกลางคันนักเรียน นักศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคบึงกาฬ มีดังนี้ 2.1) สาเหตุด้านที่เกี่ยวกับผู้เรียน คือ ต้องการลดรายวิชาที่เรียนลง เนื่องจากแต่ภาคเรียนมีรายวิชามากเกินไป ให้โอกาสผู้ที่ตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันสมควรกลับมาเรียนใหม่ ต้องการเรียนข้ามรายวิชาที่ไม่ชอบ ให้โอกาสผู้เรียนออกมาทำธุรกิจส่วนตัว เช่น รถรับ-ส่ง นักเรียน โดยการเพิ่มเวลาเรียนให้ 2.2) สาเหตุด้านที่เกี่ยวกับผู้ปกครอง คือ ต้องการให้สถานศึกษาลดค่าเทอมลง ค่าลงทะเบียนสูงเกินไป ต้องการให้ผู้เรียนเข้าเรียนเป็นรายชั่วโมงต้องการให้ผู้เรียนพักรักษาสภาพร่างกาย จิตใจ เมื่อมีความพร้อมจะเข้ามาศึกษาต่อ 2.3) สาเหตุด้านที่เกี่ยวกับสถานศึกษา คือ ต้องการให้มีอาคารเรียน ห้องเรียนและภูมิทัศน์ที่เหมาะสม ให้มีการสนับสนุนส่งเสริม กิจกรรมกีฬา และดนตรี และ 2.4) สาเหตุด้านที่เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม คือ ห้องเรียนไม่สวยงาม ขาดอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัย
