การศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวม ในโรงเรียนเรียนรวมระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวมของโรงเรียนเรียนรวมระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวมของโรงเรียนเรียนรวมระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูการศึกษาพิเศษและครูผู้สอนเด็กเรียนรวมโรงเรียนเรียนรวมระดับประถมศึกษากลุ่มกรุงเทพตะวันออก ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 461 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวมมีการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมใน 5 ด้าน โดย 4 ด้าน มีระดับการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านสถานที่ สื่อและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และอีก 1 ด้าน มีระดับการปฏิบัติระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการ และ 2) แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยเพิ่มอัตราครูให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของแต่ละโรงเรียน ด้านครูผู้สอน การลดภาระงานครูให้น้อยลง ครูผู้สอนควรใช้วิธีการสอนที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ปรับวิธีการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับเด็กที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ และมอบงานที่มีความยากง่ายแตกต่างจากเด็กปกติทั่วไป
