ความร่วมมือระหว่างไตรภาคีในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาลักษณะความร่วมมือระหว่างไตรภาคีในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือระหว่างไตรภาคีในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของกรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญทั้งหมด 30 คน จาก 10 กลุ่มเป้าหมายในโครงการจตุจักรโมเดล เขตจตุจักร ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า ลักษณะความร่วมมือระหว่างไตรภาคีในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของกรุงเทพมหานครมีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน คือ มีความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์การภาครัฐ องค์การพัฒนาเอกชน และองค์การภาคประชาชน อย่างเป็นทางการ ภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยทุกภาคส่วนเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมโดยสมัครใจ มีการพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกัน และมีการแบ่งปันทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ร่วมกัน ซึ่งส่งผลทำให้ภาคส่วนสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างสงบสุข โดยพื้นที่เป้าหมาย 8 แห่ง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย โรงเรียน อาคารสำนักงาน สวนสาธารณะ ตลาดนัดสวนจตุจักร ตลาดสด อตก. ห้างสรรพสินค้า ร้านอาหาร และโรงแรม
