วิธีการและผลกระทบของการเมืองในองค์การ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเมืองในองค์การ ด้วยแง่มุมของวิธีการและผลกระทบที่มีต่อองค์การ โดยการศึกษาจากงานวิจัยต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ พบว่าการเมืองในองค์การเป็นเรื่องที่พบเห็นได้ทุก ๆ องค์การ ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน และมักจะเป็นเรื่องของการใช้อำนาจ อิทธิพลภายในองค์การ โดยทั้งนี้จะมีรูปแบบและวิธีการทางการเมืองที่แตกต่างกันออกไปไม่ว่าจะเป็นการโจมตี หรือการตำหนิติเตียนบุคคลอื่น การควบคุมข่าวสาร การสร้างภาพ การสร้างฐานการสนับสนุน การจัดตั้งพันธมิตร หรือกลุ่มผู้สนับสนุนทางการเมือง เป็นต้น ซึ่งวิธีการทางการเมืองที่ใช้มีทั้งด้านที่เป็นเรื่องของการสนองต่อผลประโยชน์ส่วนตัว เป็นเรื่องของการบริหารจัดการอิทธิพลเพื่อให้เป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้บรรลุผล ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องความหลอกลวง ความไม่ซื่อสัตย์ การใช้อำนาจเพื่อต่อรองผลประโยชน์ ในขณะที่อีกด้านเป็นเรื่องของการประนีประนอม ประสานผลประโยชน์ของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ในองค์การ เพื่อแก้ไขความขัดแย้งระหว่างกลุ่มผลประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ภายในองค์การได้เช่นกัน โดยสรุปแล้วการเมืองในองค์การมีทั้งประโยชน์ และโทษต่อบุคคลและองค์การ ในด้านที่เป็นประโยชน์ก็จะเป็นผลดีที่จะทำให้เข้าใจพฤติกรรมของมนุษย์ในองค์การและนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ที่ดีกับองค์การ แต่อย่างไรก็ดีการเมืองมักถูกใช้ในด้านลบเสียเป็นส่วนมาก ดังนั้น บทความนี้จะเป็นการสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงวิธีการและผลกระทบที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากการเมืองในองค์การเพื่อควบคุมและประยุกต์ใช้การเมืองในองค์การ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในการปฏิบัติงาน ทำให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น
