การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนชุมชน: กรณีศึกษาเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดแผนชุมชนของเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนชุมชนของเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณมีแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ประชาชนอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตประเวศ จำนวน 398 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนความเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดแผนชุมชนของเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.43) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ และด้านการมีส่วนร่มในการประเมินผล ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนชุมชนของเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
