บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจ (กต.ตร.) ระดับสถานีตำรวจในสังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 4 ตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ประชากร คือ กรรมการตรวจสอบและติดตามการบริหารงานตำรวจ (กต.ตร.) ระดับสถานีตำรวจ สังกัดกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 4 ทั้ง 8 สน. ๆ ละ 9 คน รวมเป็น 72 คน การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้สถิติ t-test, F-test, Multiple Comparison Test ของ Scheffe ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลการทำงานของ กต.ตร. ระดับสถานีตำรวจตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.84 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.67 2) กต.ตร.ระดับสถานีตำรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน จะมีประสิทธิผลการทำงานตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติแตกต่างกันใน 9 เรื่อง จากจำนวน 11 เรื่อง
