บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารงานสำนักงานเขตประเวศ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานสำนักงานเขตประเวศ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.87 บุคลากรในสำนักงานเขตประเวศ จำนวน 113 คน ได้รับเลือกเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารงานสำนักงานเขตประเวศ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.06) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านตามค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความโปร่งใส รองลงมา คือ ด้านหลักการตอบสนอง หลักนิติธรรม หลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักการมีส่วนร่วม หลักความเสมอภาค หลักมุ่งเน้นฉันทามติ หลักประสิทธิภาพ หลักประสิทธิผล และหลักการกระจายอำนาจตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสำนักงานเขตประเวศ จำแนกตาม เพศ ตำแหน่งงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
