บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ 2. ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น 3. พัฒนาแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทียบตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา 60 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารวิชาการ งบประมาณ บริหารงานบุคคล และบริหารงานทั่วไป กลุ่มละ 60 คน รวม 300 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย มี 4 ฉบับ คือ (1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหาร (2) แบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหาร (3) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (4) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางพัฒนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการใช้งานเพื่อความมั่นคง ปลอดภัย 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการใช้โปรแกรมการนำเสนองาน และ 3) แนวทางพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เพื่อการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เช่น โรงเรียนควรใช้ google sites เก็บเอกสารต่าง ๆ
