การบริหารการพัฒนาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการโดยกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ ในเขตภาคกลาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ 3) เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ โดยกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ ในเขตภาคกลาง เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ ประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ คนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวหรือร่างกาย ในเขตภาคกลาง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ ความถดถอยพหุคูณและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) คุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ โดยกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ ในเขตภาคกลาง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านร่างกาย ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ด้านจิตใจ และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ 2) ด้านการประกอบอาชีพ และด้านการส่งเสริมคุ้มครองสิทธิ ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้พิการเข้าถึงประโยชน์ สิทธิต่าง ๆ การคุ้มครองผู้พิการ เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้พิการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
