การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในกลุ่มภาคเหนือตอนล่าง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ, พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ และจัดทำคู่มือการใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ โดยใช้รูปแบบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างการดำเนินการวิจัย มี 3 ขั้นตอน จำนวน 136 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ การจัดโฟกัสกรุ๊ป การสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ การประเมินความเหมาะสม และการจัดเวิร์กชอป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การตรวจสอบข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือการนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสารเทศ และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศ 2) ปัญหาการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า การตรวจสอบข้อมูล, การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการนำสารสนเทศไปใช้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ผลการตรวจสอบร่างกลยุทธ์บริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 5 ประเด็นกลยุทธ์ 15 กลยุทธ์ 22 มาตรการ 30 ตัวชี้วัด 4) ผลการประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ โดยการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ พบว่า ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ โดยภาพรวมมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 5) ผลการจัดทำคู่มือและประเมินคู่มือกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศ พบว่า การจัดทำคู่มือมีความเหมาะสมมาก, เนื้อหามีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด, รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมมาก และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด
