บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ และ 4) ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุควิถีใหม่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 382 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 2) คุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ ในเชิงทางบวก (rxy= .88) และ 4) ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ร่วมส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ ได้แก่ ด้านเทคโนโลยี วิจัย และนวัตกรรม ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ทันสมัย สามารถพยากรณ์คุณภาพผู้เรียนยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ ได้ร้อยละ 29
