การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดหางานให้คนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการกลับไปมีงานทำของคนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่ รวมถึงศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะและจัดหางานให้คนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 4 กลุ่มที่คัดเลือกมาแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ อดีตคนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่ ภาครัฐ องค์กรเอกชนที่ไม่แสวงผลกำไร และนักวิชาการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 17 คน ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ว่า ปัจจัยภายในที่ส่งผลต่อการกลับไปมีงานทำของคนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่คือครอบครัว ความพร้อมทางร่างกายและจิตใจ ทัศนคติ และอายุ ปัจจัยภายนอกคือทัศนคติของคนรอบข้างหรือสังคม ทุนหรือทำเลในการประกอบอาชีพ และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ ทักษะทางสังคมและทักษะที่ใช้ในการทำงาน อย่างไรก็ดี ควรจัดหาพี่เลี้ยงเพื่อให้คำปรึกษา ควบคุมคุณภาพงาน และแก้ปัญหาไปพร้อมกับคนไร้บ้าน สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะแนว หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ความสำคัญตั้งแต่การลงพื้นที่สำรวจและสอบถามความต้องการ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มคนไร้บ้านหน้าใหม่ที่ใช้ชีวิตในที่สาธารณะไม่เกิน 1 ปี ซึ่งสามารถฟื้นฟูได้ง่ายกว่ากลุ่มอื่น ก่อนนำไปสู่การจัดหาที่อยู่อาศัยชั่วคราว การพัฒนาทักษะ การจัดหางาน และการติดตามสถานะหลังการทำงาน
