การจัดการสื่อสารสุขภาพแบบมีส่วนร่วมโรคไม่ติดต่อ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพในพื้นที่ และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางและรูปแบบการจัดการสื่อสารสุขภาพแบบมีส่วนร่วมโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง ในพื้นที่ในชุมชนตำบลแคราย อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่มรวมจำนวน 18 คนเลือกเฉพาะเจาะจง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คนในชุมชนไม่มีเวลาร่วมประชาคมเพื่อจัดทำแผนสุขภาพชุมชน ทำให้ขาดเป้าหมายและแรงจูงใจในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานสุขภาพชุมชน ชุมชนประสบความสำเร็จด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพแบบมีส่วนร่วม นโยบายสาธารณสุขจะถูกกำหนดมาจากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข คนในชุมชนเป็นผู้จัดทำแผนสุขภาพชุมชนโดยวิธีจัดเวทีประชาคม และคนในชุมชนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในชุมชนเอง โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ แนวทางและรูปแบบการจัดการสื่อสารสุขภาพ ใช้นโยบายสาธารณสุขและแผนสุขภาพชุมชน สิ่งที่สนับสนุนให้ประสบความสำเร็จคือ 1) การจัดการสุขภาพชุมชนแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน และ 2)การดำเนินงานสุขภาพในชุมชน เป็นการส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชน ตระหนัก ดูแล เสริมสร้างสุขภาพของตนเอง 9 ข้อ
