บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ให้ดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ ที่สามารถสนองตอบความต้องการของชุมชนและท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นบุคลากรหลักที่สำคัญของสถานศึกษา เป็นผู้นําทางวิชาชีพที่จะต้องมีความรู้ ความสามารถ และคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ตลอดทั้งจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพที่ดี จึงจะนำไปสู่การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาที่ดี มีประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรยึดหลักในการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขนาดเล็กให้ดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพที่สำคัญประกอบไปด้วย 1) การนำองค์กรอย่างมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การให้ความสำคัญกับผู้มีส่วนได้ ส่วนเสีย 3) การมีส่วนร่วม 4) การบริหารงานอย่างเป็นระบบ 5) การพัฒนานวัตกรรมขององค์กร และ 6) การปรับปรุงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยกระบวนการบริหารคุณภาพที่เริ่มต้นจาก 1) การวางแผนพัฒนา 2) การปฏิบัติการพัฒนา 3) การกำกับ ติดตามการพัฒนา 4) การประเมินผลการพัฒนา และ 5) การพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจการบริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขนาดเล็กให้ดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษา 2) การพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 3) การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน 4) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 5) การสร้างเครือข่ายเชิงพื้นที่ และ 6) การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา โรงเรียนได้รับการพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างรอบด้าน ส่งผลให้เป็นโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขนาดเล็กที่ดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานของการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษาและเรียนรู้อย่างทั่วถึง มีคุณภาพ และทุกภาคส่วนของสังคมมีส่วนร่วมของในการจัดการศึกษา
