บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการรับบริการวิชาการและการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ของชุมชนวัดปุรณาวาส แขวงศาลาธรรมสพน์ เขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านสังคมและชุมชน ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านนโยบาย เป็นกรอบการวิจัย พื้นที่วิจัย คือชุมชนวัดปุรณาวาส แขวงศาลาธรรมสพน์ เขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 320 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นคนในชุมชนวัดปุรณาวาส แขวงศาลาธรรมสพน์ เขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ต้องการนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมบริการวิชาการไปใช้ประโยชน์ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สร้างอาชีพเสริมและเกิดรายได้ต่อครัวเรือนมากขึ้น 2) ด้านสังคมและชุมชน พัฒนาแหล่งที่อยู่อาศัย และความเป็นอยู่ของคนในชุมชน 3) ด้านทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม จัดการขยะและน้ำเสีย 4) ด้านวิชาการ ดูแลสุขภาพและโรคร้าย และ 5) ด้านนโยบาย พัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินชีวิตในด้านต่าง ๆ ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อชุมชนวัดปุรณาวาส แขวงศาลาธรรมสพน์ เขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ในการบริการวิชาให้ตรงกับความต้องการเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดต่อชุมชนและสังคม เป็นการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เกิดความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน
