บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 2 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลจากสังเคราะห์เอกสาร และตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 15 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ และ 2) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา และได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เหมาะสมจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ทำให้ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 254 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ ส่วนที่ 2 กระบวนการ และส่วนที่ 3 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความเห็นว่าการนำรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาไปใช้มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
