องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 52 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 212 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.972 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้ความเข้าใจและการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2) การขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษา 4) การควบคุมกำกับ การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายนโยบาย และมาตรฐานการจัดการด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 5) ผู้นำดิจิทัล 6) การบริหารกลยุทธ์และการจัดการโครงการ และ 7) การออกแบบกระบวนการและการให้บริการด้วยระบบดิจิทัลเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพงานภาครัฐ และผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ แต่ละองค์ประกอบมี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ และมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยพิจารณาจากค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน CMIN/df,
p-value, NFI, CFI, IFI, GFI, AGFI, RMESA และRMR ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ในช่วง .331 ถึง .898 แต่ละตัวบ่งชี้มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ในช่วง .314 ถึง .912
