บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจาก COVID-19 ต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน และศึกษาผลกระทบจาก COVID-19 ต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานตรวจรับลงทะเบียน ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยผลกระทบจาก COVID-19 ต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการติดต่อประสานงานในการให้บริการ ด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้โดยสาร ตามลำดับ ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ในภาพรวมทั้งปัจจัยจูงใจและปัจจัยค้ำจุนอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยด้านประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน ผลการศึกษาการถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ พบว่า ผลกระทบจาก COVID-19 ต่อสมรรถนะในการทำงาน ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้โดยสาร ด้านการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการ และด้านการติดต่อประสานงานในการให้บริการ รวมถึงแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของพนักงานตรวจรับลงทะเบียน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
