การบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2. เปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา และ 3. ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 469 คน คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติที และสถิติเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่าง แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรอบรู้ของบุคลากร และด้านแบบแผนทางความคิด แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ คือ ดำเนินการโดยใช้วงจรบริหารคุณภาพ (PDCA) มุ่งเน้นทั้งการสร้างความรู้และทักษะให้กับบุคลากร ส่งเสริมกระบวนการคิดตามลำดับขั้นตอน กล้าที่จะแสดงความคิดเห็น สร้างวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กรที่ชัดเจนและเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน ส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกันแบบทีม เน้นให้บุคลากรมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกัน ออกแบบและนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการจัดระบบข้อมูล และสนับสนุนให้เกิดสังคมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
