บทบาทของประเทศไทยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในประเทศเมียนมา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของประเทศไทยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในประเทศเมียนมา และ 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของประเทศไทยกับกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนและประเทศอาเซียน+6 ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในประเทศเมียนมา การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบการวิจัยเอกสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation) ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์แบบ ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดแบบมีโครงสร้าง มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 9 คน ผ่านสื่อสารมวลชนออนไลน์ และใช้การประชุมกลุ่ม 3 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 6 คน ในจังหวัดลพบุรี, ศรีสะเกษ และ ขอนแก่น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นใช้การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมของผู้วิจัย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทตามสิทธิ์และตามความคาดหวังของประเทศไทยส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในประเทศเมียนมา และ 2) บทบาทของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน+6 (ประเทศจีน) มีผลต่อการจัดการความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในประเทศเมียนมา
