แนวคิดการจัดการศูนย์การค้าเพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจจากลูกค้า

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดการจัดการศูนย์การค้าที่เน้นการสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดึงดูดความสนใจและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ผ่านการพัฒนาด้านความสะดวก ความสบาย ความหลากหลาย ความบันเทิง ลักษณะเด่นและความหรูหรา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การออกแบบพื้นที่ที่ทันสมัย มีบรรยากาศที่ดี พื้นที่สะอาด เดินทางเข้ามาได้ง่ายและสะดวก มีการจัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย และการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการ ช่วยเพิ่มความพึงพอใจและดึงดูดลูกค้าให้กลับมาใช้บริการซ้ำได้บ่อยครั้งมากยิ่งขึ้น
