บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความคิดเห็น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 337 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .963 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test และ F-test การศึกษาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความคิดเห็น คือ ประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 9 คน โดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบ
กึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความคิดเห็น โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความคิดเห็น จำแนกตามเพศ ขนาดของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามอายุโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาต้องให้ความสำคัญในการบริหารงานทั้ง 4 ด้านการวางแผน การตัดสินใจ การดำเนินการ และการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ เพื่อให้การพัฒนาทุกด้าน และเป็นรูปธรรม
