บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาระดับของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน นวัตกรรมการจัดการ และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัดในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน นวัตกรรมการจัดการที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัดในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล 3) สร้างแบบจำลองการยกระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัดในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเจ้าอาวาสวัด จำนวน 360 รูป ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อเท่ากับ .521 - .885 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .769 - .915 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 15 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ นวัตกรรมการจัดการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน และประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัด อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ 3.80, 3.76, 3.69 และ 3.66 ตามลำดับ 2) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงพุทธ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน นวัตกรรม
การจัดการ มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัด และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 87 ตัวแปรที่ส่งผลทางมากที่สุด ได้แก่ นวัตกรรมการจัดการ มีค่าอิทธิพลเท่ากับ .47 และ 3) แบบจำลอง LCM Model เพื่อการยกระดับประสิทธิผลการดำเนินงานของวัดในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ให้ความสำคัญกับการขับเคลื่อนใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำของเจ้าอาวาส คณะกรรมการวัดและชุมชน และการจัดการสมัยใหม่ การขับเคลื่อนต้องควบคู่กับการวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และเทคโนโลยี
