โมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันขององค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ความพึงพอใจในงานและความผูกพันในงานในบริบทอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับขององค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ความพึงพอใจในงาน และความผูกพันในงาน และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ของโมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานก่อสร้างในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 220 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามแนวทางของ Hair et al. (2019) โดยใช้เกณฑ์ 10–20 เท่าของจำนวนพารามิเตอร์ และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ ซึ่งเป็นการสุ่มแบบไม่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น อาจจำกัดการอ้างอิงผลการวิจัยไปยังประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่า IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) โดยใช้โปรแกรม AMOS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมของตัวแปรอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ( = 4.00, SD = 0.49) ความพึงพอใจในงาน (
= 3.96, SD = 0.58) และความผูกพันในงาน (
= 3.97, SD = 0.56) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันพบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดีมาก (CMIN/DF = 1.167, CFI = 0.990, TLI = 0.984, RMSEA = 0.029) โดยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ระหว่าง 0.59–0.87 ค่า Composite Reliability (CR) เท่ากับ 0.90 และค่า Average Variance Extracted (AVE) เท่ากับ 0.54 แสดงให้เห็นว่าโมเดลมีความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อมั่นในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ และตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทิศทางเดียวกัน
