Guideline to Develop Learning and Teaching Physical Education in Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, Academic Year 2015

Abstract

     The purpose of this research was to study the guideline to develop learning and teaching Physical Education in Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, academic year 2015. The subjects used in this research were 220 undergraduate who studied in Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in the first semester of academic year 2015, using simple random sampling. The research tools used to collect data was constructed questionnaire containing 3 aspects, which were, curriculum and teaching activities of Physical Education, place, equipment and facilities in Physical Education subject, and assessment and evaluation in Physical Education subject. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.88. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution and percentage.

     The results founded that:

     1. The overall condition in learning and teaching physical education in Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, academic year 2015 was appropriate. When considered by aspects, found that curriculum and teaching activities of Physical Education, place, equipment and facilities in Physical Education subject, and assessment and evaluation in Physical Education subject were appropriate, accounting for 6, 89.9 and 94.9 percent respectively; 

     2. The overall problem of Physical Education’s learning and teaching management in  Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, academic year 2015 was low. When considered by aspects, found that curriculum and teaching activities of Physical Education, place, equipment and facilities in Physical Education subject, and assessment and evaluation in Physical Education subject had problem at low level of 41.5, 39.5 and 38.8 percent respectively.
