Model of Learning Organization Based on the Project Based Learning to Develop Quality of Early Childhood Children in Eastern Area of Thailand

Abstract

This research aimed 1) to develop the learning process model using projected-based approach for promoting the quality of early childhood children, and 2) to study the results of the learning process model using projected-based approach. The research participants were sixty early childhood children from schools in Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat provinces, and got from purposive sampling. This study was a qualitative research with intervention. The research consisted of four phases: 1) the studying and analyzing the knowledge, 2) the selecting the participants, 3) the development of the quality of early childhood children, and 4) the conclusion of the research results.

The findings were as follows:

1. The learning process model using projected-based approach for promoting the quality of early childhood children focused on child-centered. The process consisted of three steps: 1) the starting the project ; finding the interesting of the learner, and revising the experience.

       2) The knowledge managemet of the learning process model by using projected – based approach consisted of 4 domains of child development ; 1) the physical development that affects the early childhood’s balancing of body ; 2) the emotional development that affects them to develop in music , arts appreciate and morality ; 3) the social development that affects them to play and have a good relation with other people and ; 4) the intelligence development that them of thinking , language , numbers and time skills.
