The understanding of risk management and its use for managing by the executive and staff in Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University.

Abstract

The understanding of risk management and its use for managing by the executive and staff in Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University. The purposes of this research were : 1) To study  the knowledge and understanding of risk management of  the executive and staff in Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University         2) To study about the utilization of risk management. 3) To study the attitudes of managing risk effectively during the 2552-2555 academic year. 4) To study the utilization of the knowledge and the understanding of risk management perform the risk management plan and manage the risk in Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University effectively during the 2552-2555 academic year.

            The research sample consisted of 2 groups of 208 executives and staffs. The results of the study were as follows : 1) To measure the level of knowledge and understanding of the risk management of personnel within Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University. The overall average is moderate. According to the classification level of knowledge and understanding of the risk management is about The process of risk management, cause of the risk, risk category and measures to manage the risk. There are quite a few insights in the risk that contribute to the severity of the damage. The research reveal that found : the level of knowledge and understanding was a relation to the educational level with a significant level of 0.05. 2) To measure the level of utilization of risk management plan participated by personnel in planning risk management, implementing of the plan to operate risk management, monitoring and evaluation, summarizing and reporting on implementation of the risk management plan and using the process of risk management is left to determine the risk management plan in the next fiscal year. It found that the level more than 50 percentage of personnel participated in the overall of these. And less than 50 percentage of personnel did not participated in it. The average level of the utilization of risk management plan to perform risk management in the overall risk is low ( = 1.49). And from the assumption that level of the utilization of risk management plan associated with the job position is statistically significant at 0.05.       3) To measure the attitude of the risk management plan for the effective management of the executive and staff from the year 2552 to 2555. It found that the level is moderate. Assumption that the attitude of the risk management plan for the effective management of the executive and staff from the year 2552-2555  is associated with the adoption of a risk management plan that is statistically significant at 0.05. And the assumption found that the knowledge and understanding in the Rambhai Barni Rajhabat University's risk management of the executive and staff did not correlate with the risk management plan and with the attitude of the effectiveness of risk management from the year 2552-2555
