Effect of Using SPASA Model to Enhance Growth Mindset for Undergraduate Teacher Professional Students

Abstract
This study is a Mixed Method research. The purposes of this study were: 1) to study effects of using the enhancing growth mindset model in the period of pre-, post- and follow-up after 1 month, and 2) to compare the effects in the period of pre, post and follow-up after 1 month. A Sample of 10 cases were drawn from undergraduate teacher professional students of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University using multi-stage random sampling method. Instruments were include of the Training Program according to Enhancing Growth Mindset Model and Growth mindset Inventory Test. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and One Way Repeated Measure MANOVA. The findings indicated that Growth Mindset after joining the program
was higher than before joining the program statistically significance at the .05 level, however, it was not different between post- and follow-up the program.
