บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบการสอนอุปนัยคำศัพท์ด้วยรูปภาพเน้นเนื้อหาการพยาบาลที่มีต่อการรับรู้คำศัพท์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ในกลุ่มทดลอง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คำศัพท์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 หลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลจาก 2 หมู่เรียนที่จัดแบบคละความสามารถ จำนวน 71 คน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2568 ที่มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการสอนสำหรับกลุ่มทดลองและแผนการสอนสำหรับกลุ่มควบคุม แบบทดสอบการรับรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ทดสอบการเท่ากันของคะแนนก่อนเรียนของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม โดยใช้สถิติทีแบบอิสระ จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทีแบบไม่อิสระ และสถิติทีแบบอิสระ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษของนักศึกษากลุ่มทดลอง หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงให้เห็นว่าการใช้รูปแบบการสอนอุปนัยคำศัพท์ด้วยรูปภาพเน้นเนื้อหาการพยาบาล สามารถส่งเสริมการรับรู้คำศัพท์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้
