พฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม: องค์ประกอบ ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ และแนวทางการพัฒนาสำหรับครูระดับมัธยมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาองค์ประกอบพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู ระดับมัธยมศึกษา 2) พัฒนาโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูระดับมัธยมศึกษา 3) ค้นหาแนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูระดับมัธยมศึกษามีการดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 การพัฒนาองค์ประกอบพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม โดยผู้วิจัยพิจารณาเลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 7 คน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 569 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ระยะที่ 3 ค้นหาแนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย


ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมมี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ การแสวงหาโอกาส ความคิดริเริ่ม การเป็นผู้นำความคิด และการประยุกต์ใช้ ส่วนผลโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรม มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (equation(849) = 1054.56, CFI = 0.994, TLI = 0.994, RMSEA = 0.021, SRMR = 0.046) สำหรับแนวทางการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู เช่น การติดตามข่าวสารและแนวโน้มทางการศึกษา ออกแบบกิจกรรมหรือสื่อการเรียนการสอนใหม่ ๆ เป็นต้นแบบในการนำแนวคิดใหม่มาใช้จริงในโรงเรียน ทดลองใช้เครื่องมือ หรือวิธีการสอนใหม่กับบริบทห้องเรียนจริง เป็นต้น
