Abstract
The academics article on “The research synthesis : The capability innovation management for sustainable organization performance in Thailand” aimed to reach dimensional of development of capability innovation management for sustainable organization performance of the agricultural industry in Thailand, which expected by the industry. This based on 2 key theories: 1) Resource Base View of Theory and 2) Contingency Theory. This paper presented a synthesis of research frameworks that integrate as independent variables in capability innovation management agricultural industry. There was a process of capability innovation management from the development of two dimensions : the entrepreneurship dimensions and the strategic dimensions. Finally, this article presented the theoretical and policy benefits and management. Including various restrictions In order to further the empirical research which will be useful for academic circles in the future.
