LITERATURE SYNTHESIS: GREEN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT AFFECTING THE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE OF PALM OIL INDUSTRY

Abstract
The purpose of this literature synthesis article entitled 'Green Logistics Management affecting the Business Performance of Palm Oil Industry' was to develop dimensions of logistics management affecting the business performance of the palm oil industry, as the industry expected based on 2 main theories: 1) The Resource-Based View of Theory. 2) The Contingency Theory. This study presented a synthesis of research frameworks that integrated independent variables in green logistics management which affected the business performance of the palm oil industry. The process of green logistics management was developed from two dimensions: the entrepreneurship and the corporate strategic dimension. Finally, this article presented the theoretical benefits and management, as well as policy benefits including the limitations of empirical research that would benefit the academic realm in the future.
