MANAGEMENT OF THAI SCHOOL NETWORKS USING THE CONCEPT OF AGILE ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The management of Thai school networks may face challenges such as inadequate communication, coordination, and the establishment of common objectives within the networks. Traditional management methods may be inadequate to address the rapid changing of educational landscape and the changing needs of students in Thailand. Agile administration, a flexible and adaptive approach to management, can help the educational administration of the Thai school network respond to the increased flexibility and adapt to the changing social and educational situations of the country. Agile administration can facilitate efficient operations across schools and promote collaboration through engaging communication, leading to greater unity in the management of the school network. The management of Thai school networks can contribute to many developments of Thai school networks such as increasing collaboration and communication among different educational institutions, standardizing curriculum and teaching methods, and enabling the more efficient use of shared resources, creating a more creative and dynamic educational environment that correspond to the needs of 21st-century students.
