LEGAL MEASURES TO CONTROL THE ADMINISTRATION OF RATCHAPHATSADU LAND OF COMMUNITY SUSTAINABLE TO PREVENT THE STATE LAND INVASION :STUDY ON PAKPRAK IN KANCHANABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article is from Pak Phraek community, Muang district, Kanchanaburi province, facing the problems with internal administration within the community, these issues have hindered the community's ability to successfully manage housing. The objectives of the research were 1. to study the problems in the management of the previous and current Baan Mankong housing projects in the Pak Phraek community and 2. to explore legal measures for sustainably managing housing on state-owned land in the community to prevent encroachment on public land. The result showed that there were no legal measures or rules that control the administration of the community. The community organization, the owner of the problem, managed the issues on their own in cooperation with community organization networks. It was suggested that 1. there should be rules to control the administration established by the participation of the network of community organizations and community organizations, 2. advocating the enactment of a law to regulate the management of state-owned land designated for housing. This would improve the efficiency of community organization management and help reduce illegal encroachment on public land for residential purposes. 3. legal measures should take the form of regulation through community organization networks, under the oversight of relevant government agencies responsible for monitoring, in order to ensure the sustainable management of community housing on state-owned land.
