การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และการจัดซื้อมาดำเนินการเองของ บริษัท ไทซันวู้ดเอ็กซ์ปอร์ต จากัด

Abstract

การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์และการจัดซื้อมาดำเนินการเอง ของบริษัท ไทซันวู้ดเอ็กซ์ปอร์ต จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาค่าใช้จ่ายในการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์กับการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเอง 2) เปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์และการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเอง และ 3) เพื่อนำข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่ายที่ได้จากการศึกษามาประกอบการตัดสินใจจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์หรือการจัดซื้อมาดำเนินการเอง โดยทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการให้บริการเช่ารถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 8 แห่ง โดยการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์รวมถึงการศึกษาจากเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ยของค่าใช้จ่าย รวมทั้งใช้แบบตัดสินใจกับผู้บริหารของ บริษัท ไทซันวู้ดเอ็กซ์ปอร์ต จากัด ในการพิจารณาเลือกรูปแบบการขนส่งสินค้า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าค่าใช้จ่ายในการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์เพื่อขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัทไทซันวู้ดเอ็กซ์ปอร์ต จำกัด ในระยะเวลา 1 ปีมีค่าใช้จ่ายมากกว่าการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเอง โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งเป็นต้นทุนคงที่ประกอบด้วย 1) ค่าธรรมเนียมและภาษี 2) ค่าประกันภัย 3) ค่าเสื่อมราคา 4) ค่าจ้างพนักงาน และค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งเป็นต้นทุนผันแปรประกอบด้วย 1) ค่าน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง 2) ค่าอะไหล่และยางรถยนต์ 3) ค่าบำรุงและดูแลรักษา 4) ค่าดำเนินการ (โสหุ้ย) โดยเมื่อนำค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์และการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเองมาเปรียบเทียบกัน พบว่าการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเองสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายได้มากกว่าการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์

เมื่อเปรียบเทียบพิจารณาเลือกรูปแบบการขนส่งสินค้าจากการนำเสนอข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างการจัดจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และการซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเองให้แก่ผู้บริหารเพื่อตัดสินใจ พบว่าผู้บริหารจำนวน 2 ใน 3 คนตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์มาดำเนินการเอง มากกว่าการจ้างรถบรรทุกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ เนื่องจากการขนส่งสินค้าโดยซื้อรถบรรทุกมาดำเนินการเองมีต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายที่ต่ำกว่าหลายเท่า จึงสามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งสินค้า และเหลือผลกำไรให้กับบริษัทมากขึ้น

A Comparability Study of the Overall Expenses between the Container Trailer Outsourcing and the Private-Owned Container Trailer of the Inland Transportation System of THAI SUN WOOD EXPORT Co., Ltd.

The purpose of the overall expenses comparability are 1) studying the cost of the container trailer outsourcing and the private-owned container trailer of the inland transportation system 2) comparing the cost of both the container trailer outsourcing and the private-owned container trailer of the inland transportation system and 3) using the result of the study fordecision to choosethe container trailer outsourcing or the private-owned container trailer of the inland transportation system by document reviewed and using interview form with the 8 companies who serve container trailer service in Suratthani Province and using decision form with 3 managers of the company to consider goods transportation system.

It was found that the overall expenses of the container trailer outsourcing for 1 year are more expensive than the private-owned container trailer of the inland transportation system. The overall expenses of the private-owned container trailer for 1 year including the fixed costs which are 1) fees and taxes 2) trailer insurance 3) depreciation 4) staff wages and including variable costs which are 1) fuel 2) spare parts and tires 3) maintenance 4) overhead. When comparing the overall expenses between the container trailer outsourcing and the private-owned container trailer,itwas found that the private-owned container trailer can be saved up than the container trailer outsourcing.

When analyzing and considering the expense of the goods transportation by comparing the overall expenses between the container trailer outsourcing and the private-owned container trailer to present to the manager of Thai Sun Wood Export Co., Ltd., It found that 2 of 3 managers design to choose the private-owned container instead of the container trailer outsourcing because using private-owned container trailer has lower cost than using the container trailer outsourcing which can be saved more expenses and get more benefit for the company.
