The Needs of the Environmental Management to Enhance Learning for Inclusive Education in Primary Schools in Pathum Thani Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to (1) study the current state of the environmental management and the expected state of the environmental management to enhance learning for inclusive education in primary schools in Pathum Thani Province and (2) rank the needs of the environmental management to enhance learning. The research sample was consisted of 308 teachers and 51 administrators in inclusive education in primary schools in Pathum Thani Province.The employed research instruments were dual response questionnaires.The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and priority needs analysis (PNImodified ). The research revealed that (1) the current state of the environmental management to enhance learning was at the high level and the expected state of the environmental management to enhance learning was at a highest level and (2) the ranking of the needs of the environmental management to enhance learning in inclusive primary schools in Pathum Thani Province from the highest to the lowest priorities as follows: 1) the landscape 2) the safety procedures 3) the buildings and facilities 4) the school management 5) the teaching and learning activities and 6) the interpersonal relationship, respectively.
