บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารแบบร่วมมือขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกะบกเตี้ยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนกะบกเตี้ย และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารแบบร่วมมือขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกะบกเตี้ยเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนกะบกเตี้ย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มกับบุคลากรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกะบกเตี้ย องค์กรราชการ ผู้นำชุมชน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 15 คน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดกลุ่มประเด็นและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาในลักษณะข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาตามข้อค้นพบผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารแบบร่วมมือฯที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนกะบกเตี้ยเกิดจากผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลที่ส่งเสริมและประสานงานด้านการท่องเที่ยวด้วยกระบวนการทำงานเชิงรุกผ่านการบริหารแบบกึ่งทางการ ขณะที่ข้อจำกัดสำคัญ คือ สิทธิ์ในการเข้าพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของหน่วยงานอื่น 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารแบบร่วมมือขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลกะบกเตี้ยเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนกะบกเตี้ย คือ การเสริมจุดแข็งด้านผู้นำ ความสามัคคีและแหล่งทรัพยากรในพื้นที่ ในส่วนของการกำจัดจุดอ่อนเรื่องการบริหารจัดการสามารถทำได้ด้วยการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางความร่วมมือผ่านการประสานงานแบบกึ่งทางการและแบบทางการ
